Can I charge a lithium battery with a regular charger?
Lead acid battery chargers deliver a constant voltage charge while Lithium battery chargers deliver a constant current and constant voltage charge at a higher voltage.

Lithium batteries have a depth of discharge of up to 98 percent and lead batteries have maximum discharge of about 60 percent. What is terminal voltage and open circuit?
Terminal Voltage – (V) The voltage between the battery terminals with load applied.
Open Circuit – (V) The voltage between the battery terminals with no load applied.
How does cycle life work?
The number of discharge-charge cycles the battery can experience before it fails to meet specific performance criteria. Cycle life is estimated for specific charge & discharge conditions. The actual operating life of the battery is affected by the rate & depth of cycles & by other conditions such as temperature & humidity.
